The English title sounds stupid, so I say if it's a stupid (comical) Anime, keep the English name since that's what people understand. Otherwise if it's more cool/actiony than anything, keep the Jap name, so people don't think it's stupid.

The rip releases from crunchyroll etc come first. These releases normally use the Japanese name. The subgroups use the English name though, but arrive a tad later. Sub groups > rips! :3

My final answer is to use the English name. We aren't Japanese... and to be honest I had a hard time remembering the Japanese name to this, but I easily remembered the English name.

Besides, people trying to act Japanese has always annoyed me from the start. I play Persona and everyone's saying "Rise-chan!" or whatever. "Rise" is just fine... the rest of the game is in English so why do they add in the chan/san/kun in it? I don't know.
